I have created this blogspot to update everybody on Chase's condition. On April 3, 2009, He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a type of blood cancer. We need your continued prayers for his healing!!

We're home

His ANC went up to 230 today. We're home. Chemo for this week is cancelled due to his low ANC. He's still eating a lot and is sleeping more. We'll have to wait & see what the next phase entails.

    Hi. I just found your blog through a link at IsaRose. I'm so glad you're home from the hospital. Chase is such a cutie. My daughter just started DI last week, and it's going well so far - taking it one day at a time. I know Chase is done with the Dex for this phase, but I was just wondering if he can take the liquid form when he is on Maintenance. Maren takes the liquid(mixed with cherry syrup) with no complaints. I can't imagine convincing her to chew all those tablets - especially if she's on day 3 or more when she's starting to get moody. I hope the rest of DI goes smoothly. Emily
